Body Awareness Center is a holistic health group offering customized therapeutic services designed to connect you to your innermost sense of well being. We offer therapies that are functional, not fashion based. There are no machines, except the human body. Health advice offered is based on natural healing through nutrition. We are committed to providing healing solutions for a Toxic Free world and empowering healthy lifestyle choices for all generations.

At Body Awareness Center, we strive to meet the personal health and wellness desires of our clients. We understand the confidence, trust and personal touch that develops between practitioner and the client. We want our clients to know that all BAC practitioners offer not only the knowledge and training in their specific field, but each also brings a gift - their own unique touch, presence, and specialized training in a variety of modalities.

With the selection process of our staff, we have created a pricing structure that not only relates to the experience and knowledge of the practitioner, more importantly, it is to benefit the client to have the opportunity to benefit from the many passions and talents offered. We believe in that it is the bodywork assisting to bring one's body to the client. The therapist more so a catalyst to assist the process your body already desires. We are a team offering you the support and consider that we are all here for you, we encourage you to be open to experiencing sessions with each of our practitioners. In this way, we will always be able to meet all your needs to ensure that your quest for a healthy balance in these busy times meets your scheduling, financial and - most importantly - your wellness needs.

Levels of Therapists

Level 1 - Therapists have been practicing from 1-5 years
Level 2 - Therapists have been practicing for 5-10 years plus 200 hours or more CEU
Level 3 - Therapists have been practicing for 10+ years plus 1000 Hours of CEU

Level 1 Practitioner

Shannon and Molly have participated in Body Awareness Center’s Apprentice Program for the past six months. They have been working under Jill’s guidance to learn the art of massage. Through hands on experience they have acquired the knowledge and technique needed for mind body healing and relaxation. While studying anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology they have learned how to apply their techniques in a beneficial way. Putting the client’s bodies into a parasympathetic mode they are able to assist healing at a cellular level during the relaxation of a classical Swedish massage.

Travel Policies

If you are in a 20 mile radius of Body Awareness Center we can accommodate traveling to you. Within a 5 mile radius $25 will be added to massage total and 5-20 mile radius $40 will be added to massage total. First time discounts do not apply and the maximum travel distance is 20 miles.

Missing or Changing Appointments

We have a specific course of treatment for you. During your treatment series, progress evaluations and check-ups will take place. A certain number of treatments in a set amount of time is required for us to get the results we both desire. Thus, if you need to change the time of your appointment, plan to come another time the same day. If it's not possible to come in on the same day, be sure to make up the missed appointment within one week.

In consideration of each other, a 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. We will keep a credit card or signed promissory note on file to cover these or any other outstanding fees. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service. "No shows" and cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service. If you are late, the session will still end at the pre-appointed time. If your therapist is late, we will honor your full appointment time or adjust the fee.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for products and services. There is a six month expiration date on gift certificates. Gift certificates are non-refundable AND non-transferable. Same day cancellations and "no shows" forfeit the gift certificates.
